My UX design process follows the “double-diamond“ framework of Discovery, Define, Develop and Delivery. In the first phase of discovery, I enjoy establishing rapport with the client through workshops to get the big picture. I leverage research and collaborate with others in order to define the problem statement facing the end-user. At this point at IndigoSlate the team would then present a “strawman“ concept to the client for feedback and alignment.

At times, the project could freeze at this stage while the client socializing the concept to their constituents. I am pleased that the Intelligent Enterprise Dashboard designed for Microsoft internal did go into early development.
