My tasks included collecting user research, organizing virtual workshops, engaging in collaboration, and creating UI/UX design. Our team followed a structured process, gathering insights from worldwide experts to create a wellness app tailored for law enforcement.

During the 4-month project, our most-critical goal was to introduce a wellness app with a design that would not overwhelm law enforcement. My specific role involved crafting a clear narrative and designing an AI-driven experience that protected officers’ data privacy. Our approach focused on engaging users through extensive workshops and interviews, resulting in a well-defined user journey.
