1. Deep-dive into the Life of Law Enforcement
👇 Roadmap and User Personas
I played a pivotal role in a law enforcement app project, ensuring a user-friendly and non-patronizing experience. My tasks included collecting user research, organizing virtual workshops, engaging in collaboration, and creating UI/UX design. Our team followed a structured process, gathering insights from worldwide experts to create a wellness app tailored for law enforcement.
2. Micro-Interventions over the Long-Term
👇 User Career Journey and Blue-Sky Vision
Our human-centered approach identified key intervention areas, focusing on stress tracking, AI-based coping strategies, and curated options managed by a specialized task force. We prioritized user-friendly design elements and delivered a visionary demonstration, reshaping Microsoft's narrative to prioritize user needs over technological focus.
3. Cultural Shifts from Department Outward
👇 Service Blueprint, Conceptual Walk-Throughs/User Flows
During the 4-month project, our most-critical goal was to introduce a wellness app with a design that would not overwhelm law enforcement. My specific role involved crafting a clear narrative and designing an AI-driven experience that protected officers’ data privacy. Our approach focused on engaging users through extensive workshops and interviews, resulting in a well-defined user journey.
Delivering to the Client
