Enterprise Portfolio
During this 5-month project, I collaborated on a diverse team initiative aiming to streamline discussions between delivery teams and customers, address business case objectives and resolve challenges. The internal digital platform's fragmentation, involving over 70 essential tools for teams, led to an increased workload due to informational gaps.
Project duration: 5 months
Target audience: Enterprise BDM and C-Suite (CEO, CISO, CFO);
Personal Contributions
Supported workshops: Prepared Mural boards, facilitated sessions, analyzed and synthesized data.
Executed User-research: Developed protocols, scripts, conducted usability, and desire-ability testing, synthesized research into meaningful insights.
Collaborated across teams: Advocated for design needs rooted in primary user research, internally supported onboarding, information architecture, and UX flexibility.
Part 1. Defining Design Principles Directly from Users
👇 Roadmap, Aggregated Workshop Heatmap and User-Centered Design Principles
My role required co-leading workshops, aligning teams, conducting user research, and fostering collaboration. We followed a structured design process, conducting stakeholder workshops, creating a user journey map, and establishing experience principles and architecture based on user insights.
Part 2. A User-Centric Experience that Brings Confidence
👇 One Example User flow out of many prototyped
The development phase focused on prototyping user flows and conducting testing, culminating in implementing both a design system and UI features. Despite the project’s changes in priorities, our team provided innovative ideas and ensured both timely production and a successful launch across all channels for our enterprise client.
