I’ve mapped a lot of dark forests.

I’ve spent years clearing paths through systems far more overgrown than most websites. This includes a five-month project turning a fragmented thicket of 70+ digital tools into a defined itinerary. The same process applies here, at whatever scale your business needs. We start with what’s actually occurring, not wishful thinking, and end with a trail your business can follow long after the project ends: from a visitor’s first sighting to a lifelong relationship.

A quick, low-cost first step

Before scouting a route, I observe what is happening. This structured look finds where visitors encounter hurdles, where interest cools,
and where your first effort will matter most. You receive a custom report of my findings and a prioritized list of fixes.

Stage 3: DEVELOP

Concept & Testing Frameworks

Ideation & Wireframing

Resolve questions and catch problems before they reach production, when they still take minutes to fix.

Example: iBodyMap

Basic Clickable Prototypes

Turn a working idea into something people can actually click through and react to.

Example: AdventureTripr

Advanced Interactive Prototypes

Flows, interactions, and edge cases refined into something close to the real thing before coding begins.

Example: iBodyMap

STAGE 4: DELIEVER

Supports complex workflows and multiple roles without losing clarity for the people relying on it daily.

Why not just ask AI to fix my site?

AI is fast at generating options, but it lacks the capacity to detect nuances of your specific customers. AI tools are trained on average data, which gives you average results. I catch the things AI misses because I’m looking for anomalies. Anomalies are exactly where hidden value is buried. I use AI to move faster, but I use my eyes to tell me where we’re actually going.
