Background
My career began during the early 2000s housing recession with a degree in 3D modeling and computer animation. It was an unconventional route into this work. I spent the next decade in tech working across very different industries, learning how to translate between them. That path taught me how to untangle operational knots and turn friction into practical strategy. I applied behavioral science methods to complex enterprise systems on human-centered innovation teams at Zensar and IndigoSlate, and as a Microsoft vendor.

How I Work
I study user behavior the way a naturalist studies an elusive species. I use established, field-tested methods to map points of potential liability before anyone breaches them.
